Troubleshooting - Tooltip Gets Stuck And Won't Close

What is This Problem

If your tooltips are getting stuck and won't disappear automatically after some time, this is likely due to misconfiguration.

Below there are three settings that should solve the issue wich can be found in the WordPress Glossary plugin settings.

Settings

Head to Admin Dashboard â†’ CM Tooltip Glossary → Settings → Tooltip tab.

1) Tooltip positioning

Make sure both boxes have positive values:

Make sure the Is clickable? checkbox is selected:

3) Tooltip - Animation

Check if there are animations for the tooltip. If there are, set the animation times a value higher than 0 (and not 0).  

If at least one of the values is 0, set the animation to No animation.
