Under Labels, you can: 

• Select a heading that will be displayed above your form. 
• Select a text for the submit button. The default text is “Submit”. 
• Customize the message that is shown on the page once the form has been submitted. 
• The default text is “Your message has been sent successfully”.

You can edit these texts at any time.

To save your changes, select the Update button at the bottom of the page

Here is an example of how the form heading, field labels and the success message are displayed on a directory page:
