Speed up the import process by using a sample file. Download CSV example file
The CM Answers Import / Export Add-On allows the Admin export the Questions and Answers added to the site through the CM Answers Plugin for backup and for migration to another site.
To Export the Questions and Answers navigate to CM Answers Pro → Export & Import.
Click on the Export CSV button.
Your CM Answers Questions and Answers should be downloaded as a CSV file. Keep this safe somewhere or ready if you are planning to upload it to another site. 
To make edits to the Questions and Answers in the CSV file directly see the CSV Format guidelines included in the Export & Import page. 
You may find it helpful to download the Example CSV at the bottom of this section.
CSV files can be modified using most Spreadsheet Softwares including Microsoft Excel, Apple's Numbers application and Google Sheets.
