Email Notifications Templates
The add-on allows you to customize the email messages that are sent to the user under certain circumstances.
You can manage this by navigating through CM Appointments Booking Pro → Options → Group Meetings Email Templates tab, as shown:
The three scenarios that trigger the emails are:
- New Group Meeting Booking Requested
- Group Meeting Booking Accepted - This email template will be used if Automatic Booking in the calendar is enabled.
- Finalize Group Meeting Booking (Payment complete) - This email template will be used if automatic booking and payments in the calendar are enabled. This option is only available if you are also using the CM Appointments Booking Payments Pro.
Overriding the Plugin's Email Template
These three situations are also accounted in the base Bookings Pro plugin. In order to make sure the Group Meetings Email Templates will be used, check the following box in the selected templates:
