What the User Sees in the Front-End
The user will see the name of the meeting in time slots that have group meetings assigned to them. In the example below, the event "Quaterly Meeting" is bound to happen at 12pm.
Booking a Place in a Group Meeting
The booking displays the group meeting's description, as highlighted. 
If The Group Meeting Has Already Been Fully Booked
The event is fully booked when all the available seats are occupied by bookings, even if some or all of those have not been accepted yet.
In the front-end, fully booked events are greyed out and can't be accessed.
