Ask for Approval

Sub User moderation may be added so that orders for sub-users require approval before they may be processed.

To add order approval go to Permissions settings for the sub-account either as Admin or as the Master User. For instructions on reaching the Permission settings see the  Email Notifications article.

Ensure the box to the left of the " Require Approval Before Creating An Order" is checked.

Asking for Approval (Sub-User)

To get approval, sub-user must click  'Send for Approval' in Cart view or during checkout.

Providing Approval (Master Account)

If 'Ask for Approval' was sent, the Master Account will receive an email notification with all products in the Sub User's cart and link to cart view with the approving button, 'Approve this cart', to be used. A sample:

A second way is to access 'Orders Waiting for Approval' link on the left side menu and then click 'Approve'.

Placing the order

After approval of the Master Account, the Sub User will receive an email notification and he may place the order. 

The Sub User can also place the order by accessing the cart and clicking ' Proceed to Checkout'.
