Additional Links & Fields

The Business Directory plugin allows to add extra links and fields to businesses.

Custom links can be added for all the businesses that appear in the directory.

Once the custom link label has been set, it will appear as an input field when editing the business and the output field when displaying the business.

If left blank, they will not appear in either location. Use links in the email and social networks sections as for reference to format additional custom social links, such as Reddit or Vimeo.

Additional Link

Head to the Business Page tab.

And then Additional Link section

Select whether to show additional custom links on the business page info box.
Enter a label in the provided box to be shown on the Business Page.
Upload an image to set a first custom link icon on the business page (optional).

Additional Fields

Show additional custom fields - Select whether to show additional custom fields on the business page info box.
Custom field label - Enter a label in the provided box as it will shown on the Business Page.
Custom field type - Choose between Single-line text field and Multi-line text area. Note: this option was introduced in version 2.3.1.
Custom field icon - Upload an image in the provided box to set a first custom field icon on the business page (optional).

After saving the settings, additional text fields will appear for filling on the Business Edit Page.
