You can find the My Locations link on the Locations Menu widget which you can add to your sidebar (it will be visible only on the locations pages). The URL for the user dashboard is available also in the plugin Settings Page.

By going to the My Locations, users are able to view/edit their locations and add new locations.

To set which users have the access to create and edit locations, see the Access Control tab under the WordPress Interactive Map plugin Settings. 

TIP: Add User Dashboard Anywhere (Shortcode)

You can apply the shortcode [my-locations-table] to generate the user dashboard anywhere.
