WordPress Course Catalog Plugin - Settings - Access Control (Who Can See What)
Access Control Settings
To edit who can see which parts of the WordPress Course Catalog plugin, head to Admin Dashboard → Course Catalog Pro → Settings → Access Control tab.
You can edit the permission to view these components:
- Syllabus
- Additional Information
- Picture Gallery
- Video Gallery
- Documents
For each of them, you can set:
- Everyone including guests
- Only logged-in users
- Only users with student role
- Users registered for the course
Additionally, you can decide Who is allowed to register to courses by using a corresponding option. You can choose between:
- Everyone
- Logged in users
- Students
Note: this option was added here in version 1.3.6.
The registration can be Basic or Paid.
