The WordPress Invitation Code plugin allows to send a notification every time a particular code is used. Also in these settings, you can configure the email sent for recovering codes.


Settings

To configure this, head to the Admin Dashboard → Invitation Code Content Access → Settings → Notifications tab.

Main

  • From Name - Type the sender's name here. This is the name that the user will see in the e-mail.
  • From E-mail - Choose the sender email (applies to all notifications). 

Admin Notifications

  • Enable Admin E-mail Notifications - Enable or disable this feature.
  • Admin E-mail - Choose which email will receive the messages by default.
  • E-mail Subject - The subject of the email sent to the chosen email address. 
  • E-mail Content - The content of the email sent to the chosen email address. You can use the following shortcodes, which will be replaced by the relevant code's data:
    • [ICODE] (the code itself)
    • [NOTE] (internal note)
    • [URL] (associated URL)
    • [USERINFO] (user info)
    • [USEREMAIL] (user e-mail)
    • [IP] (user IP address, if available)
    • [DATETIME] (date and time of use)

  • [ICODE] (the code itself)
  • [URL] (associated URL)
  • [EDATE] (expiration date)
  • [EMAIL] (email address)
