Speed up the import process by using a sample file. Download CSV example file
After you have exported your questions and answers to a CSV file you can then Import them to a new site as either a migration or onto the original site as a back-up restoration. The process is very simple.
From the WordPress admin dashboard, navigate to CM Answers Pro → Export & Import.
Next, either click on the Choose File button in the Import from CSV section of the page or drag the downloaded CSV file onto the button.
For questions that do not have a matching user on the inbound site, choose whether you would prefer to skip those questions/answers or assign to chosen user. If you choose assign to chosen user a text field will appear where the user's ID or username is required.
Click the Import CSV button to complete the process.
Below the Import CSV button a Summary of the Import will be displayed.
