Back to the user guides

To access the plugin's settings, head to Admin Dashboard → CM Restrict User Account Access Pro → Settings.

And then head to the Notifications tab to edit them:

Admin notifications

Admin notification addresses - Write here one or more emails, where you want to send the admin notifications. If you write more than one email, they must be separated by comma. Note: this option was introduced in version 1.1.2.

First type of the admin notification (this notification was introduced in version 1.1.2):

• Enable admin notification - Enable it if you want to send a notification to the admin when the user is restricted or deleted.
• Admin notification subject - The message's subject.
• Admin notification text - The message's content.
  
  Both subject and text field support these shortcodes:
  • [action] - "restricted" or "deleted"
  • [user_name] - User Name
  • [user_login] - User Login

Second type of the admin notification (this notification was introduced in version 1.1.2):

• Enable limit reached notification - Enable it if you want to send a notification to the admin when the user reaches one of the access limits - Total, Weekly or Daily.
• Admin reached limit notification subject - The message's subject.
• Admin reached limit notification text - The message's content.
  
  Both subject and text field support these shortcodes:
  • [user_name] - User Name
  • [period] - What kind of limit is reached - Total, Weekly or Daily.

User notifications

• Enable user notification - Choose Yes if you would like to send a notification to the user whose account was restricted or deleted.
• User notification subject: - The message's subject.
• User notification text - The message's content.
  
  Both subject and text field support these shortcodes:
  • [action] - "restricted" or "deleted"
  • [user_name] - User Name
  • [user_login] - User Login
