Answering Questions (Admin Panel)

The website administrator has the option to Answer questions from the Admin Panel themselves. To do this, from the admin panel, navigate to Catalogue → Product Questions. This will open the list of questions that have been asked.

Identify a question that you would like to answer from the table. Then click on the Edit button the rightmost column for that question. The Edit question page will appear.

On the Edit question page the question can be answered by clicking on the Answer field and typing out the answer, then clicking on the Save button in the top right to save the changes.

From the Edit question view it is also possible to change:

• The Author of the question's name
• The Question
• Whether or not the Question appears on the Front-end
• Whether or not the Question is approved

A success message declaring that the data was successfully saved should appear.
