Changing the User-Agent for the RSS Post Importer
Each time an RSS Feed is requested by a browser the browser must provide a User Agent signature to show what kind of device or browser wants to use the file or display it. Some servers block WordPress from making RSS requests. Should this happen it can be useful to change the User-agent.
To find the needed setting in the RSS Post Importer, navigate to Admin Dashboard → CM RSS Post Importer Pro → Options.
Under the Plugin Options tab, find User Agent and select which of the User-Agent signature options you want to use. "Chrome on Windows" is a good choice.
Having made your choice, click on Save Changes.
