Removing Back in Stock requests

In certain situations it may be necessary to remove a Customer's request for a Back in Stock notification for a product. This is possible either through the Customer's Dashboard or through the Admin Panel.


Removing Request as Admin (Admin Panel)

Navigate to Catalogue → Manage Products and identify the product that is to have the Back in Stock request removed.

From the menu on the left at the bottom choose the Back in stock emails menu item.

Identify the Customer who is to have the Back in Stock notification removed.

On the right hand side of the customer row click on "Delete".


Removing request as Customer (Customer Dashboard)

The customer is also capable of removing the Back in Stock request through their dashboard while logged in.

Go to Account → My Account.

From the menu that appears on the left choose the BACK IN STOCK menu item.To remove the Back in Stock notification request click on the Trash Can icon to the right of the product row.
