Obtain the zip file for the RSS Post Importer plugin from your CMinds user dashboard.
On the WordPress dashboard of your site navigate to Plugins → Add New.
Click the Choose File button and upload the plugin file and then click the Install Now button. (Alternatively, drag the file onto the Choose File button).
Once the plugin is installed it will appear on the plugin tab for you to activate and use.
