In CM Business Directory Payments Add-on, users can receive e-mails with activation links, payments requests or payments statuses. The admin has an option to edit these emails content and subject.

To edit emails navigate to the Admin Dashboard → CM Business Directory → Settings.

Click on the Payments tab.

On this tab admin can edit email's content and subject for adding new, claiming and renewing businesses.

Add New Business Payments

• "Payment required" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user adds the business and it passes the moderation.
• "Payment required" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user adds the business and it passes the moderation. You can use the following placeholders: {business_name} {purchase_link} {activation_page}.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to add a new business.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to add a new business. You can use the following placeholders: {business_name} {code} {activation_link}.

Claim Business Payments

• "Payment required" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user claims the business informing that it requires payment.
• "Payment required" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user claims the business informing that it requires payment. You can use the following placeholders: {business_name} {purchase_link} {activation_page}.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to claim a business.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to claim a business. You can use the following placeholders: {business_name} {code} {activation_link}.

Renew Business Payments

• "Renewal required" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent informing about the renewal payment being required for the business to be displayed in the directory.
• "Renewal required" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent informing about the renewal payment being required for the business to be displayed in the directory. You can use the following placeholders: {business_name} {purchase_link} {activation_page}.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail subject - Topic of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to renew a business.
• "Payment confirmation" e-mail content - Content of the e-mail being sent after the user purchases the product required to renew a business. You can use the following placeholders: {business_name} {code} {activation_link}.

Announcement

• Message for unpaid business - Will appear on unpaid business pages.
