Password Recovery

Settings

Navigate to the Admin Dashboard → CM Product Directory → Settings.

Click on the Community Product tab.

Scroll down to  Product Recovery Settings.

Check the box to enable the product login and password to be recovered. Update settings. Once checked user will be able to recover their password by going to their product page and clicking on the password recovery link.

To recover password for editing a product user should open a Product Page of the product he want to edit and click on the Recover login and password Show/hide to open recovery form.

Then, enter his password and end a request.

After this, he will receive an e-mail with login and password which he can use to log into Community form.

Back-end Admin way

Admin also has the ability to send user his login data.

Go to the Product Page and scroll down to the CM Product Directory Community Custom Fields box and click Send login and password button next to Owner Email field.

After this user also will receive an email with his login and password.
